We’re back! After a complete overhaul and redesign, rockvillerampage.com is back with a brand new look and brand new features! Our previous design included a few interactive features, but this new site is all for you!
Our most important new addition, which you see to your left, is the Network Programming Bar, complete with audio and video clips from WRAM Radio and WRAM TV, members of the RHS Journalism Academy. Look for weekly episodes of RHS favorites such as “Rolling Around Rockville” and “WRAM Radio Power Pack”. To your right, you see our interactive section, including the daily weather (courtesy of Weatherbug), a quote of the day and a featured video by the students at WRAM TV. And then, of course, there’s the countdown to the next Rampage issue because everyone has to read the Rampage. Seriously.
Okay, okay, no more mockery. One of the best new features of rockvillerampage.com is the e-subscriptions, so now we can follow you wherever you go! No, no, really. Subscribe to RampageOnline for the latest updates on articles, episodes and extras! With enough subscriptions and publicity, you could help make rockvillerampage.com a nationally known site.
New features aside, RampageOnline is still the same, good old rockvillerampage.com that you all visited so loyally before the redesign. We still have our sections and our photo galleries. Look for the links at the top of the page to take you there. Newly added sections include the episode archives, blog archives, podcast archives, e-subscriptions, RSS feeds and Adobe files of the latest Rampage issue.
With this new site, we have an almost entirely new staff! Students taking the Introduction to Journalism class have been given the opportunity to manage the online sections. Our new online staff list is as follows:
